Skills/Experience:
- IBM OPTIM, IBM Mainframes & Distributed systems, SQL, Oracle, IMS, AS/400.
- Expertise in driving consulting and strategy in a diverse, complex technology environment for data cleansing, masking and archiving.
- In-depth understanding and hands-on experience on IBM OPTIM.
- Good Knowledge on different kinds of data bases(DB2, Oracle, IMS, etc).
- Working knowledge of multiple databases and test data management solutions like IBM OPTIM, etc.
- Expertise in TDM concepts including Data sub-setting, Data Masking and Data profiling
- Ability to work and interact with diverse teams and multiple stake holders.
- Good Understanding of DDL, DML and ILM concepts. - Experience in Healthcare domain (preferred).
