Again, what McInnis said is almost all his speculation. I've read the article - but, apparently, you haven't. Not even Breitbart has been able to spin these Democrats' claims as being "proof" that Cochran's people and Democratic officials successfully colluded - with no protests from the REPUBLICANS working the run-off polls, mind you - to cheat by allowing Democrats who had voted in their party's primary to vote in the later Republican run-off.
