Role:
We are looking for a developer/architect to join our Application Technology Claims team. Candidates must have relevant technical skills (outlined below), with ability to trouble shoot production issues. As part of the core claims team, this person will be helping with day time resolution of production issues of our large applications. As part of that job they will be involved in independent trouble shooting and defect fixing of problems called in via help desk tickets, working with the Subject Matter Experts to do root cause analysis and, reporting the resolution back to the end users. This person will also help with enhancements and/or break fix scenarios including development for projects. The person will work with the business clients on support and projects.
At some point in the future, candidate could possibly have on-call responsibilities.
