No Justice, I stated part of the conclusion of the evidence, NOT THE SENTENCE... Read the LAPD's report... Yes, the LAPD is asking for more witnesses to come forward.. And that is included in the LAPD statement as well.... You do not distinguish between evidence and a conclusion as made by a jury... Yes, the fact Ezell tried to grab the cop's gun will be a negative with a grand jury, but that is the direct conclusion what the evidence says...
Now it is possible both cops lied... And lack of all physical evidence would raise that question... But there is physical evidence...
Justice, your statement highlights your bias... You concluded "reach for gun by Ezell = a guilty verdict". That may be a valid conclusion... This reminds me of M Brown 1st days, where the Left claim all negative information (convenience store robbery, punching the cop) should not be released because it would prejudice public opinion... I also remember T Martin where the media through the Martin family only released favorable information as a 6 year old photo....
The question should be (if your conclusions are to be based on evidence), is the information accurate.., Then is it relevant... In Ezell's case the evidence is he tried to take the cop's gun... Now where is there any evidence the cop's lied??? Do you have any???

>>> The officers followed Mr. Ford on the sidewalk to a nearby driveway when Mr. Ford crouched in between a car and a row of bushes. One of the officers reached for Mr. Ford when Mr. Ford suddenly turned, grabbed the officer and forced the officer to the ground. While on top of the officer, Mr. Ford grabbed the officer's handgun and attempted to remove the gun from its holster. The officer yelled out to his partner that Mr. Ford had his gun. The officer's partner then fired two rounds striking Mr. Ford. At about the same time, the officer on the ground while on his back grabbed his backup weapon, reached around Mr. Ford and fired one shot at close range striking Mr. Ford in the back.

The autopsy was not definitive. The chief says more work needs to be done. But not you. You've announced the sentence, and the verdict. It's really no wonder that not one single person on this board with any brains has a dot of respect for you.
