Technical Analyst 
Location: Bloomington, IL  
Interview:  Phone/ Skype

Duties to be performed:
* Incident management 2nd level & 3rd level technical support
* Software development using Java and VB Script
* Software configuration management using Mega vendor administration tool
* Perform weekly software maintenance
* Perform change implementation as requested, usually 1 per month Knowledge and hard skills
* Base Understanding of programming logic
* Able to understand and learn multiple programming languages(i.e., VBScript, Java, HTML, and SQL)  Knowledge ( book or experience) of Software Support; Basic knowledge of Software Engineering  Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and basic components  Unified Modeling Language experience  Some knowledge of Server Administration Soft skills  Analytical Mindset  Teachable 2000
