Job Title/Role (MANDATORY)	OTM Lead Consultant
Experience (MANDATORY)	1. Overall IT experience of at least 9-10 years in a client facing role. 2. Experience of 7+  years in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM 6.x experience desirable) 3. Excellent understanding of OTM – XMLs (TransOrder, ShipmentStatus, etc.) 4. Exposure to Oracle 11g, PL/SQL, XML, XSL, JSP, JavaScript and JAVA based applications/products from a technical stand point 5. Experience in Implementation, Support and Maintenance projects in a client facing role of OTM projects.
Mandatory/ Primary Skills (MANDATORY)	OTM 6.x
Desired/ Nice to have Skills	Certification in OTM
Detail JD (MANDATORY- Please share detailed description; 1 liner JD will not help in an efficient search. Pointers like good communication, willing to travel is not a JD)	1. Provide solutions and implement new changes to an existing productions instance of OTM 6.x and implement new modules of OTM 2. Develop and trouble shoot PL/SQL, XML,XSL, JSP, JavaScript, Java codes. 3. Configure OTM product and write complex Agents/workflows to support the business needs. 4. Timely communication with different stakeholders. 5. Excellent team player 6. Excellent communication (written and oral) and articulation skills 7. Good Customer Service orientation
