Position: SharePoint Developer
Location: Bloomington, IL
Duration: 4+ months
Description:
SharePoint 2013 Migration Skill set(s)
SharePoint 2010/2013 Administration (SharePoint 2007 WSS 3.0 and MOSS are a plus)
Ability to learn and adopt to changing technologies
Understanding of Windows server operating systems
Power Shell
.Net
SharePoint API
SharePoint CSOM
Workflow
Web Services
Basic Web Development skills (ie. JavaScript, CSS 3, Html 5)
In Depth SharePoint knowledge (ie. service applications, Web applications, Timer Jobs, ULS Logs) Infrastructure automation
Basic knowledge of Active Directory
Basic understanding of windows security
Basic understanding of IIS
Basic understanding of OAuth
Familiarity with Sitrion (formerly NewsGator)
Social sites is a plus
Familiarity with KwizCom WikiPlus is a plus

Additional Information as a SharePoint Client/Consulting Team Member will:
The point of contact for all SharePoint Support questions (3rd level Tier support)
Handle End User Support Tickets
Create and maintain help documentation
Create and maintain Knowledge Items
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to business areas, projects and SOWs (Statements of Work).
Consult with projects and site collection owners/administrators as requested
Maintain Service Manager metrics
Learn and be familiar with all capabilities of the SharePoint platform (including collaboration tools associated with SharePoint, Sitrion and KwizCom)
Preferred skills and/or experience:
As a 3rd Level SharePoint Support Representative your Qualifications/Skills and Experience/Knowledge required for this position is:
1. Experience/knowledge with SharePoint Platform features/functionalities
a. Previous experience as a Site Administrator is a plus
b. Awareness of Business Social capabilities
c. Knowledge of SharePoint Central Administration and why it is used
d. Understand SharePoint fundamentals/features
2. Service Manager Experience
3. Demonstrated Customer Service skills
4. Working knowledge of test environments at State Farm
5. Ability to work in a team environment
6. Ability to solve problems logically and systematically
7. Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
8. Ability to prove coverage during off business hours if necessary
9. Ability to understand business requirements and technical capabilities to support the requirements
In addition to this (ability to work SharePoint Customer Service), they need to have either an additional Developer or Infrastructure SharePoint skill set (or both)
