I'd like to find someone who is very strong, has:

•             7+ years of experience

•             has worked on large teams where he/she has done things such as mentor and/or coach other developers

 

What is important is experience with:

•             BizTalk

•             C#

•             .NET Framework

•             ESB

•             MOSS which is Microsoft Office SharePoint server

•             MSMQ which is Microsoft Message Queuing

•             Strong development experience creating, enhancing, editing and implementing code for BizTalk solutions
