Minimum Requirement

• Strong Business system analyst with at least 8 to 10 years of experience, specializing in utilities domain 
  
• Very good knowledge of utilities billing process, should be able to work as an SME for billing
  
• Should have worked on at least 1 to 2 large IT projects related to utilities billing
  
• Previous experience in redesigning utilities bill will be a plus
  
• Experience in utilities companies like SCE & PGE preferred.
  
• Experience working directly with end-client management on both the IT and business side.
  
• Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to assume significant responsibility and work independently in a distributed cross-functional team environment
