Understand Functional Customer Service and Contact Centre.
Areas of call center system functions:
- Account management.
- Case management, escalations, de-escalations.
- Queue management for CSR tasks.
- CTI, IVR.
- Warranty, Entitlements.
- Work order for field support management.
- KB & diagnostic tools.
- Surveys.
- Call center metrics like average call time.
- integrations with partner systems.
- Reports & Dashboards.
