Job Title: Oracle HRMS Consultant (HR, SSHR, OAB, fusion Compensation)
Location: San Rafael, CA
Duration: 06 Months+

Must Have Skills:-
7+ Years of experience in Oracle HRMS (core HR, SSHR, OAB, fusion Compensation) and Oracle Payroll.
Techno Functional Consultant with solid understanding of various functional setups, APIs, Interfaces with 3rd party software.
Should have good experience in creating updating benefits program plan setups, life events, fast formulas, security profiles.

Responsibilities:-
Should be a team player and able to work with offshore resources
Ability to work well with IT and business users.
Partner with production support team to resolve user issues.
