Looking or Houston Based Senior Project oversight Consultant to advise my client on a MS Dynamics Field Service Order-to-Cash implementation.
There will be a consulting company doing the actual implementation and there are project managers as well.
This person will be responsible for the following:
1. Provide guidance on industry leading practices for field service and order-to-cash processes.
2. Assist in identifying risks and issues both from a project and long-term sustainability/roadmap perspective in the interest of the client.
3. Analyze and review business processes and share experience & best practice recommendations on streamlining, based on system usage.
4. Evaluate the strength and health of the project implementation throughout its duration by attending project meetings; reviewing documents and processes; and by collaborating with the technical leads and the project management team.
5. Work with the client's project team to measure compliance and provide additional subject matter expertise to identify enterprise-level risks with the implementation.
