Requirements

•             ECC on HANA Development; they're not using BI/BW

•             They have a lean team, so each person needs to be able to cover multiple subject matter areas. No specific module experience is required.

•             Go-getter who will take initiative. When he resolved a trouble ticket, he needs to go to his Lead and get more work right away.

•             Analysis of trouble tickets

•             Most of the tickets will have clear requirements, but he may need to reach out to users to clarify issues

                so communication must be good
