Job Description:Relevant Experience (Yrs)   :6 to 8 years experience in working on Websphere / Process Server administration with zOS and UNIX shell scripting skills .
 
Technical/Functional Skills :           7+ overall IT experience

• Installation, configuration and administration of IBM Websphere Application Server on various Operating Systems including zOS
• Experience with Process Server Administration
• Experience in administering and maintaining both production and development environment.
• Experience on troubleshooting and problem determination of WebSphere/System/Network related problems
• Insurance knowledge is a plus
• Energetic, enthusiastic and professional attitude

 
Roles & Responsibilities        :

• Understand customer's business requirements and technical environment to architect the optimal solution

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving business process and/or technical problems
• Recommend best practices

 
Generic Managerial Skills    :

• Organizational, communication, and relationship skills.

 
Education       :
Bachelor's / Master's degree in technology field or equivalent work experience
