Duration: long term contract
Desired/Must Have/Special Requirements:
· High School Diploma.
· Undergraduate College Degree from an accredited institution. (Graduate Coursework\Degree is a plus)
· Minimum 6+ years in professional development experience, 10+ preferred
· Business and technical analytical skills required.
· Experience in Windows 7 and Office 2010 required.
· Experience in a like financial organization (LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) business experience preferred).
· Must have solid SQL, .NET, and VBA experience (Oracle experience is a plus).
· Must be a team player, self-starter, and possess good communication skills.
Experience with waterfall, agile, and Scrum methodologies are a major plus.
