Job Description:
· To ensure the incoming tickets are being handled in structured and quality way to ensure best customer service
· Ensure the SLA's agreed to are being followed when handling tickets
· Improving existing support materials and processes
· Ensure the knowledge base is being referred and updated periodically as defined in the SOP
· Help consolidated periodic reports for publishing
· Production server health monitoring and following the escalation procedure on Critical servers
· Monitoring the reporting alerts and raising the severity tickets according to the business impact
