Candidates must have resided in the US for 3 consecutive years and should not travel more than 6 Months in this span and should be eligible to get public trust clearance.

 

Java Developer

Reston, VA

Duration: 1+ Year

 

This role requires a Client Public Trust clearance for which the individual must have lived in the US 3 of the last 5 years.

 

Role Description:

This is a long-term, high priority role that requires to the resource to:

·         Provide technical expertise to set the technical direction and manage issues, technical integration and technical service levels for a group of technologies such as Java, Spring, SQL DB (perf ML) and Oracle.

·         Define and design technical requirements to support business requirements, participate in detailed design and code reviews.

·         Review system performance and consumption issues, review test plans, and provide technical guidance and support to others.

 

Required Skills:

·         Java (language) – P3 (Advanced)

• J2EE Architecture – P2 (Proficient)

 

Additional Requirements:

·         Proven ability to work independently and as a team member

·         Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

·         Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

·         Must be able to receive Federal Public Trust clearance

·         Candidates must have lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years.

·         Candidates must be local to the Washington, D.C. Metro/Northern VA area – travel will not be reimbursed.

·         Completed Background Investigation in accordance with Section 8.3 of your Subcontract Agreement prior to start of work.
