Job Description:

• Strong Technical US Recruiting/Bench marketing experience on all technologies

• Need to follow full Recruitment life cycle. Starting from sourcing CV, screening, negotiating rates, coordinating with clients, follow up till offer and joining of the candidate.

• Must be well versed with US Tax system (W2, 1099, Corp 2 Corp, Contract 2 Hire)

• Should have the huge database of the vendors and the Prime Vendors and should maintain good relations with the Prime vendors & clients

• Should have a Great experience placing and Handling the OPT/H1B/GC's, H1 Transfer and US Citizens

• Should be able to meet targets and deadlines. Should have excellent communication skills. 

• Willingness to work in Night Shifts.

• Involve in all the post -selection activities
