I am looking for a Senior Archtiect - min 3+ years of Architect experience

I am looking for someone who knows Lombardi, this was bought by IBM and we should see IBM BPM on the resume or Lombardi BPM.

I am looking for a polished consultant

The Senior Lombardi Technical Architect is responsible for supporting the organization's BPM Platform and ensuring their performance, availability, and security. The candidate will collaborate with the BPM Project Manager, Business Process Analyst and BPM Subject Matter Experts to create BPM solutions using Lombardi, IBM BPM v.8.5.x and its interaction with other integration tools.

Experience:
· At least 6 years of experience in IBM BPM with minimum 4 years of experience with IBM BPM (Lombardi)
· At least 4 years of experience in IBM Business Process Management Suite
· At least 7-10 years of experience in software development
· At least 7 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks
· Minimum of 5 years of experience working with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server)
· At least 6 years of experience in project execution
· Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point
· Expertise in architecting, building and maintaining Business Process Management processes using IBM BPM Version 8.0 or newer.
· Strong background in JAVA Script programming language
· Strong background in agile methodologies.
· Experience leading large project teams
· Experience in managing Onsite-offshore team
· Strong verbal and communication skills.
