Position: Functional Architect / Business Analyst
Location: 25 Market St. Trenton, NJ

A Functional Architect with Strong experience with the full software development lifecycle and Business process re-engineering experience. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION both Verbal and Written is MANDATORY.
The Judiciary is looking for an Outstanding Functional Architect with strengths in Software Development and Business Process re-engineering. The FA must have the following skills:
- Strong business analysis skills
- Outstanding communication skills including presentations to groups and requirements documentation
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle
- Business process re-engineering experience
- Experience creating storyboards, wireframes and mockups
Please keep in mind, number of years' experience required with each skill under the skills tab is MINIMUM experience required.
The Functional is responsible for the set of tasks and techniques used to work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals including:
- Identification and analysis of potential source systems
- Assisting with gap analysis of existing management systems to propose replacement systems
- Assisting with identification and documentation of business requirements
- Defining application requirements
- Creating data definitions and business rules for multiple systems
- Assisting with JAD sessions

Question 1 | Absences greater than two weeks MUST be approved by CAI management in advance, and contact information must be provided to CAI so that the resource can be reached during his or her absence. The Client has the right to dismiss the resource if he or she does not return to work by the agreed upon date. Do you accept this requirement? | |
