Client , a national leader in IT staffing, is looking for a Database Solution Architect for a large healthcare client in Atlanta, GA. This Solution Architect will be solutioning database issues based off of a mainframe environment. This will also include solutioning a transition off of a mainframe environment. Description:
This person must have knowledge of all components of the database and data warehouse architecture. They will ensure that appropriate standards are followed and the individual components of the architecture are compatible with the architecture layers. 5+ years of experience is required.
· Experienced solution/data architect and modeler, having worked with various data structure designs
· Determines specifications, plans, designs, and develops the most complex and business critical solutions, utilizing appropriate engineering processes, either individually or in concert with project team.
· Willing to work with key stakeholders to understand the environment and guide the teams to cost saving and efficiency opportunities
· Researches and maintains knowledge in emerging technologies and possible application to the business
· Strong oral and written communication skills a must
