Remedy ITSM/Java Developer

St. Louis, MO

Long term.

Requirements include:

·         8-10 years of relevant experience in Remedy ITSM production support and maintenance projects.

o   Should be well versed with Incident, Change and CMDB modules' customizations.

·         Java Spring framework hands-on experience required.

·         Hands on experience with SQL scripting and automating the support and maintenance activities, strong analytical & trouble shooting skills.

·         Hands on experience on Java/Restful API development.

·         Should have project level experience in Remedy ITSM 9.x version, CMDB data modeling and mapping experience, ability to develop reports and perform data analysis and clean up as required.

·         JDBC experience is preferred.

·         JMS experience is preferred.
