Role: Release manager

Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: Long Term

 

JOB Description:

• Responsible for Large Complex Implementations  more than 20 applications spanning multiple business units/partners and platforms.
• Oversaw development of detailed implementation schedules, communication plans, control room plans, and staffing matrixes for each release.
• Built the Release Management Roadmap and high level processes, interact with offshore counter parties ensure the process was understood and followed.
• Partnered with Stakeholders to review and continually improve the Release Management Strategy and Process.
• Aggressive & maintain a working knowledge of current releases (Projects /Packages/version changes/Service Packs)  and ensure upgrade are met with project delivery dates.
• Knowledge on environment management / work on various environments.
• Communication across all levels of the organization from Senior Executives to Technology Partners
• Facilitate Knowledge Transfer and ensure appropriate support levels are in place before production releases.
• Good Microsoft Excel & Share Point knowledge.
