Job Description

 

Front end web developer working on the Meijer.com site in agile teams. Will be working alongside a UI/UX team developing interfaces that the design team has defined. Although this position would be doing UX or UI design input and suggestions into the ideation and development phases would be valuable so having a working knowledge of good user experience design is ideal. Someone who has worked in a setting with day to day collaboration.

 

Technical Skills

 

HTML / CSS (Expert)

Javascript (Expert)

UI/UX – Architecture and Interaction Patterns (Adequate)

 

General Skills

 

Agency Experience

• Experience working at a digital/creative agency with a broad range of project types.

 

Agile

• Experience working on an agile development team is preferred

 

Full stack web development preferable skewed toward front end/creative.         

• HTML, CSS, Javascript. Responsive web design patterns. CSS preprocessors (LESS, SASS) experience preferred. Deep understanding/expertise of front end UI/UX design and development. Exerperience with variety of different frameworks/libraries related to web applications and front end development (Bootstrap, jQuery, Angular, etc).
