Job Description :
This person needs to be 7 -9 yrs experience in IT and atleast 3 years' experience in Web Analytics and Google Analytics
Ø Educate the customers on product usage, from the basics to best practices mostly via emails/chat & phone calls.
Ø Provide superior client technical support for Google Analytics Suite Products
Ø Troubleshoot, escalate and respond to product support requests.
Ø Complete Product Configuration (Feature Activation / Deactivation)
Ø Identify and Escalate Product (GA360) bugs to the Analytics Escalation Team (TPE) or Eng Team
Ø Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product Management/Specialists, Sales, & Engineering teams to drive customer communications, product feedback, feature requests, and technical issue resolution to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
