SKILLS REQUIRED:

·  Strong Core Java, JSP, Spring , Hibernate, Javascript Frameworks , XML processing, XSL, Java Design Patterns, jUnit, Ant, AJAX, Web Services

·  Strong development, data analysis, design and testing skills

·  Experience using Test Driven Development, Unit Testing/Integration Testing

·  Experience with formal software delivery and quality methodologies

·  Ability to multi-task

·  Work independently and as part of multiple teams

·  Experience in WebSphere Portal 8 (Page structure, Portlet to Portlet communication, Application scope session, Public render parameters, Events, Themes and Skins)

·  WebSphere portal development: JSR 186/286, JEE, and external application integration/enablement

·  Working knowledge of Portal theme and New Portal 8 Theme development

·  Experience in Web2.0 user interface features: HTML 5, CSS, Javascript, DOJO, JQUERY

·  Good Communication skills.
