Role	Sr Microstrategy developer Minneapolis, MN 6+ months
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills	• 6+ years of experience in the field of Data warehousing • 5+ years of experience with Microstrategy Architecture, Schema, and Development • 4+ years of experience in leading and mentoring team at Architect level • Extensive experience developing reports, dashboards, and cubes in Microstrategy version 9 • Extensive experience in object deplyoments and system config changes • Good SQL coding skills • Solid understanding of Data Modeling concepts • Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills • Retail related data warehousing experience a plus • Hands on development in BI reporting and Performance tuning
Roles and responsibility	Responsible for overall Microstrategy architecture design and standardsü  Work with the application development teams throughout the development life cycleü  Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasksü  Create MSTR Preliminary and Detail design document based on the business requirementü  Create Non-Prod reports and perform frequent object deployments (Daily)ü  Perfrom MSTR System configurations and weekly Prod deploymentsü  Create/Update MicroStrategy schemas, dashboards, reports as per the requirementsü  Good written and oral communicationü  Explain complex design items through documents and white-board sessionsü
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills	Work with different teams – Business, Solutions to create overall BI user interface, Implement Microstrategy solutions with performance, supportability to achieve end user business results, prod deployments
