Position: Data & Reporting Analyst

Location: Madison, WI

Job Description :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS/CIS, Business Administration or equivalent trade-off in related professional work experience.
• 3 years experience in analytics, research or quantitative analysis. Financial services experience a plus.
• Proficient in working with analytic and reporting tools such as Access, SAS / SPSS and Excel and proficient working with relational databases. Competent knowledge of SQL a plus.
• Strong analytic skills including understanding of data mining techniques.
• Proven teamwork and interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Demonstrated capability to work independently and deliver actionable insight and unique analytical solutions.
