We are looking Salesforce.com Subject Matter Expert / Practice Manager
Role & Responsibilities:
· The Subject Matter Expert/Practice Manager will be expected to engage with clients and crucially Operational/business levels to appreciate and understand key client needs and accordingly create and pitch value proposition.
· He/she will work closely with the sales/account teams to build a solid pipeline for revenue growth for the SFDC practice.
· He/she will interface and work closely with Client Operations, Solutions, and Service Line teams to craft and pitch propositions to clients.
· He/she will be comfortable in crafting, proposing and presenting Cloud solutions at senior levels.
· Develop new business initiatives within clients and lead the sales coordinating pre-sales and bid teams. Matrix team management and experience of delivery through multiple channels is therefore essential.
· The Subject Matter Expert/Practice Manager will operate in a consultative selling role creating awareness of Client full range of service offerings with a view to selling these offerings to their existing and new clients.
· You will be seen as the domain/content expert and expected to demonstrate Thought Leadership in this space and also build long-lasting relationships for Client.
· Working with existing Business Development Managers at client sites you will capitalise on their relationships to sell strategically.
· Previous “Partner” or equivalent experience within a leading consulting organization and quota experience.
· Knowledge of business and technology issues that are currently most prevalent within the Cloud industry.
· Possesses excellent interpersonal communications, team building and leadership skills.
Skills & Experience:
· Technical/Solution Architect with 10+ years of total experience including 4+ years on SFDC with full understanding of project life cycle and development methodologies
· Knowledgeable on all SFDC offerings, sales cloud, service cloud, force.com, etc.
· Strong customer interfacing skills - consulting/ advisory capability to understand the customer business paradigm and provide value added solutions
· Align with the available offerings in SFDC and its marketplace and be able to position, articulate and establish excellent customer connect and convert into business development
· Participate in business requirements elicitation, find out requirements both functional/non-functional, come up with a comprehensive requirement document
· Evaluate and review Design Frameworks and Methodologies from SFDC best practices and gets approval design in order to achieve functional and non-functional requirements and conformance to the architecture
· Provide high and low level design, use the best practices of the product, provide pseudo code, implements prototype, and deliver design document as per customer requirements
· Guide the team in developing optimized code, make use of standards and checklists (configuration, customization), perform code deliverable reviews, unit test plan reviews, and conduct independent testing
· Provide input for overall implementation, lead the same and participate in production support activities
· Participate in estimation and staffing analysis for preparing solution delivery of the proposal
· Architected 2 or more successful custom Salesforce.com solutions spanning multiple platforms, including integration and authentication
· Excellent understanding of the following:
· SFDC CRM application (Sales and Service Cloud) capabilities and constraints
· Force.com development best practices
· SOSL and SOQL, Salesforce.com's Web Services and APIs, and the SalesForce Security model
· Apex Programming, VF pages, Triggers, Workflows, Page Layouts, Roles, Profiles, Reports & Dashboards
· Architecting and building solutions within the SalesForce Portal
· Integrating SFDC using Web Methods, Web services, SSO, Cast Iron, Informatica
· SFDC Certified professionals preferred
