| Minimum Requirements: |
| Qualifications:
10 – 15 years of BI/DW and data architecture experience.
Familiarity with development methodologies
5+ years' experience and a deep technical knowledge with SSRS
Strong PL/SQL development experience with the ability to write complex and nested SQL
queries
Senior level skills in building Reports
Competencies:
Experience working in a software development environment
Microsoft Sql Server 2008 and 2012
Clear, logical, and effective verbal/written communication skills.
Clearly demonstrated sense of urgency and bias for action.
Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
Ability to forge strong working relationships at senior levels.
Ability to effectively negotiate with other teams to create a mutually beneficial solution
Ability to effectively direct the work of others.
Demonstrated ability to interpret technical material.
Takes ownership of problems and develops sound solutions.
Demonstrates sound analytical and diagnostic skills dealing with issues that are not readily
defined and/or conflict with available information. Has the ability to reach sound decisions
quickly.

necessary to support assigned projects.

Other: Familiarity with visual design concepts for dashboards is a strong plus
Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge in P&C Insurance systems and processes is a strong

| Job summary
The primary function of this position is to design, develop and deploy business intelligence solutions that leverage data warehouse, BI reporting and analytic solutions. The areas of focus will be the development of reports and dashboards. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain reports using SSRS v2008
Write complex T-SQL for stored procedures
Manage report security, folder security, database row level security, report schedules and
distribution
Coordinating with Software Testers and Release Management to integrate the final work | | |
