Role	Java Developer
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills	• 4 to 6 years of experience in J2EE,Oracle,Unix.JBOSS • Technical team management experience including offshore team members • Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills • Retail Domain Knowledge
Roles and responsibility	ü Responsible for overall J2EE architecture design and standards ü Guide onshore and offshore Developers technically and coordinate the requirements effectively ü Lead or participate in Proof-of-Concept projects ü Stay current with emerging industry trends ü Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks ü Good written and oral communication ü SQL knowledge and performance tuning experience needed
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills	J2EE, Spring Framework, Struts with retail functional knowledge. JUNIT, Performance tuning knowledges are nice to have
Total experience in required skill (years)	5-6 years
Pay Rate per hour (payable to vendor)	$40 / hr
