Type: 6+ Months Contract
Roles/ Job Description:
§ SAP Automation Tester with TAO
§ Skilled automation engineer who can guide, train and build automated test cases for key SAP areas spanning across SD,MM, FI,PM,HR, CIS. This person will work closely with PSE's test engineers and SAP Business Analysts.
§ We expect the candidate to guide us in automation best practices using tools like TAO, QTP and HPQC.
§ Further expect him/her to train QA engineers in TAO and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
§ 5 or above years of Experience in SAP Automation Testing.
§ Working Experience in a formal SDLC/STLC process and testing methodologies.
§ Experience in SAP Test automation using Client and SAP automation tools, viz. Quality Center , QTP, Client - QC ,BPT, SAP TAO.
§ Well versed with QTP automation framework design and functioning .
§ Hands on experience with descriptive programming and custom function creation skills using VB scripting planning, designing and execution of complex testing scenarios.
§ Knowledge and experience of TAO default components and their customization requirements.
§ Proficient in creating effective test reports for automated test runs that can be reviewed by business users.
§ Effective communication with Project Managers, test Leads, System Analysts, Developers and BA's.
§ Ability to do Multi-Tasking.
§ Adhere to Good Testing Practices.
§ Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Preferred include:
§ Desired Experience in a utility environment supported by SAP, preferred not required.
§ Business knowledge of various SAP modules Knowledge of BPCA, TAO configurations and Solmanager
