Must-haves
5+ years of Cisco Voice Engineering - NOT on the GUI side, but on the voice gateway/cisco router configuration side
Experience doing design and engineering for Call Manager
Voice configuration on a router (2800's and 2900's)
Large enterprise background
Call Manager, Call Handlers, Unity connection, voicemail
Unity Voicemail
SRST
Dial Peers
Good Communication
