1.       1.      Minimum 8 yrs of experience with Websphere and Weblogic

2.       2.      Experience installing and configuring Websphere and Weblogic

3.       3.      Experience with installing and configuring Apache

4.       4.      Experience with Siteminder 12.5

5.       5.      Experience troubleshooting Weblogic and Websphere related issues

6.       6.      Good communication skill

7.       7.      Experience to handle on-call after working hours.
