Project manages critical Entity Risk Management Projects
• Manages, reviews, and executes project work plans to keep the project on time and on budget
• Works with business and technology teams to drive project execution
• Identifies, tracks, and facilitates cooperation to resolve cross-organizational project issues
• Provides accurate project reporting and statuses to relevant stakeholders, including all management levels, on a regular basis
• Monitors and reports on project health from both a timing and financial perspective
• Creates and publishes project documentation to assist in analysis
• Maintains central repository for project artifacts
• Documents/Maintains thorough and clear meeting minutes to facilitate management decision making while also documenting the decision making process
