Job Requirements:
- Strong business acumen, with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions preferred.
- Proficient in basic computer technologies, appropriate for an internet-based company.
- At least five years of data warehouse engineering/architecture experience.
- Highly skilled with data warehouse development tools and business intelligence tools.
- Experience with data modeling, database administration, various operating platforms, and metadata management.
- Familiarity with SQL, ETL, and OLAP
Necessary Skills:
- SSIS- 7 - 12 years
- Informatica- 9.6, - 5-7 years
- SQL – 7-10 years
- OLAP – 7-10 years
- ETL Architecture – 5 years
- Solution Design- 5 years
- Strong interpersonal communication skills amongst diverse audiences (written and verbal).

Design, develop, and maintain all data warehouse, data marts, and ETL Developer/Architect functions for the organization.
- Serve as mentor to internal developers in the area of Informatica and ETL Developer/Architect including conducting internal training or knowledge sharing sessions as needed.
- Develop best Practices around ETL Development and Architectural solution.
- Experience with designing and implementing ETL processes and use of ETL tools.
- Assist in daily operations of the Architecture Team.
- Help tune overall ETL performance.
- Assist with installation, configuration, deployment, reporting and monitoring of Informatica.
- Assist in establishing ETL development environment, including determining how tool fits into a continuous integration model.
- Develop computer information resources, providing for data security, control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery.
- Consult with internal and external parties to assess computing needs and system requirements to resolve issues.
- ETL Developer/Architect will manage backup and security of Business Intelligence Infrastructure.
- Evaluate organization's technology use and needs and make recommendations on improvements.
- The ETL Developer/Architect will prepare and review operational reports or project progress reports.
- Develop and interpret organizational goals, policies, and procedures.
- Support the Manager of BI in planning and coordinating project activity.
- Experience with data warehousing technologies and design.
