·         End to end Project Management

·         Timely updates to IT Leadership team & Business sponsor

·         Manage Budget & Schedule, Approve timesheets

·         Business co-ordination on change prioritization

·         Engage QA & UAT & coordinate with external vendors (as needed

·         Coordinate with onsite & offshore teams for delivery

·         Weekly Status Reports

·         Proactive Management of Risks & Issues
