HOT REQ Hiring .Net Developer for Washington, DC

I have a requirement  for .Net Developer with one of my client.

Position Details:

 

Position  : .Net Developer

Location : Washington, DC

Duration : 36+ Months

Interview: Phone and F2F (We will pay Expenses for F2F)

 

 

*         1 SR .NET developer ( 7 to 10+ years' experience

*         1 Mid .Net developer (7 years min exp required)

Here are the MUST HAVE CRITERIA

·               They must be available on June 10th for the entire day to fly to Washington DC with the team for in person interview.

·         There is NO WAY AROUND THIS. This date is a must. If they can't commit to June 10th, we cannot consider them.

·         We will prep them for the interview.

·         We will pay for all travel expenses and handle all arrangements.

·         We will have the final decision within 2 weeks after the interview on June 10th

·         Do you have anyone on Bench that is available now, or coming soon that I can talk to?  This is an emergency. We have all hands on deck working on this!!

 

 

Minimum qualifications that each candidate MUST have:

·             We can NOT budge on the Minimum years of experience as the

·         Whatever resumes you send to me, that resume MUST show the Minimum years of Experience or I cannot even CONSIDER talking to them.  Please make sure the resume states it clearly before you send me the resume.

 

Minimum Qualifications Required:

·               Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field

·               7+ years experience in Object Oriented principles and design patterns utilizing the .NET framework with C#

·         5+ years of experience with ASP.NET, at least 2 or more years with MVC.

·         3+ years with WCF

·         2+ years with ORM such as Entity Framework or nHibernate

·         2+ years with SQL Server development of stored procedures, triggers, indexes, etc.  Ability to design normalized SQL schemas.

·         2+ years with at least one IoC

·         2+ years with Moq framework with .Net - This is the one that is hurting us. We cannot find people who have 2 years of Moq experience but it is absolutely required so we've got to find it.

·         Hands on experience writing unit tests utilizing DI and the Moq framework in .NET.

·         Experience working on Agile teams.

·         2+ years with XML and related technologies (XPath, XSLT, etc.)

·         Ability to read VB.NET source code is preferred.
