Mandatory Skills:

Core Java, JBPM

J2EE Architecting,

Architecture Frameworks,

Minimum of 5+ years experience in Jboss JBPM & Drools

Should have good Hands-on exposure in EJB/JAX-WS

Should have minimum 3+ years Experience in UML Modeling and Design Patterns

Should have 10+ years Expertise in Core Java

Nice to have skills:

Should have ateleast 5+ years experience in Insurance

should have atleast 2+ years experience in IBM-PLCM
