Title                     : Claim Examiner with QNXT

Location             : Los Angeles, CA

Duration             : 6 Months plus

 

Key Skills:

·         6-10 yrs. of experience as claims examiner level III

·         Hands on experience of working on QNXT environment

·         Experience in processing all types of medical claims, e.g. HCFA 1500, Outpatient/Inpatient UB92, Universal Claims, Stop Loss, Surgery, Anesthesia, high dollar complicated claims, COB and DRG/APC pricing

·         Knowledge of end to end claims lifecycle

·         Experience with DRG groupers

·         Knowledge of business rules of payer organization as claims examiner

·         Knowledge of QNXT configuration

·         Expertise in claims processing for Medicaid and Medicare

·         Validate member benefits and eligibilities

·         Identification of Par and Non-Par providers

·         Verify and validate UB and HCFA forms

·         Resolve claims edits during claims processing
