Job Description
Strong Tech Lead with Oracle EBS or Fusion HCM experience

Qualifications
Strong Tech Lead with experience:

1.  Managing Data Conversions,
2.  Design/development of Interfaces
3.  Design/development of Reports

Has 1 of the following:

1.  At least 1 full lifecycle implementation of a HR/HCM project OR
2.  Multiple full lifecycle ERP projects with good knowledge of HCM suite - HR, Benefits, Payroll
