BA/QA Consultant

Maplewood, MN

6+ Months Contract

LOCAL'S ARE HIGHLY PREFERRED.

 

TESTING AND ANALYSIS:

Runs Ad-hoc reports using SQL queries, excel, or other reporting tools Coordinate and assist user acceptance testing, including reporting and documenting defects, and conducting complex root cause analysis Ability to identify failure in process and address with IT and the business Project Management Lead and manage various projects to support the global ecommerce platform Formulate and define scope and objectives for assigned projects Conduct interviews with associates, management and department leaders to develop clear requirements for enhancements or projects Manage IT and business associates time within project selection, requirements gathering, and/or projects Develop training plans for new application releases or changes Assists in the implementation of quality improvement of processes for IT department and the business Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends

 

Required application experience

•             SharePoint,

•             Excel and other Microsoft Office Programs,

•             Knowledge and experience in SharePoint Designer 2013,

•             SQL or Advanced Excel and Reporting Skills
