Required Skills :

Hyperion ESSBASE and PLANNING 9.3. Scripting

 

Unix shell/batch scripts and cron

Perl scripts knowledge a plus

 

Job Description :

Functional Admin of the Hyperion Essbase & Planning environment.  Monitor production environment and perform checks to ensure environment/applications are operating properly.

Perform regular (monthly etc.) maintenance in Hyperion Essbase/Planning applications such as running process that update the outline metadata and substitution variables.

Trouble shoot and assist Finance/Accounting users with user issues as well as Essbase requests, such as data copies and clears as well as new members/accounts in Essbase.

Manage user tickets submitted to the Hyperion Essbase & Planning team using Service Now ticketing system.

 

Technical skills:

 

         Hyperion Essbase and Planning version 9.3 system and functional administration

         Unix shell/batch scripts and cron

         Previous Finance/Accounting application support or experience

         Perl scripts knowledge a plus

         Integration/ETL experience a plus

         SAP ECC/BPC experience also a plus
