· developer that is more of a thinker rather than a coder
· software engineer type
· not just a coder (needs logical thinking, improving quality)
· performance work* a good indicator
· SEM
· design work on their own and have it reviewed by their leads
· java based, spring, hibernate, jquerry, bootstrap,
· its fine if people are weaker in the front end
· HTML/CSS is a plus but not required
· oracle database
· tomcast, websphere,
· Agile, scrum background will be helpful to have for knowledge transfer
· software their looking to sell to their customers (health insurance customers)
· enterprise application that is used by their businesses
