Job Description:

looking for a Sr. Genesis IVR/Java developer to work on several projects within their applications group. The immediate project that this resource will work on is to enhance of call flows within their current IVR in response to a backlog of change requests. This resource with also but working on a complete rework of their current IVR workflow for a major line of business

Required experience:

Genesis 8.1

Java

SQL database knowledge 

 

Preferred experience:

Financial Industry experience
