Job Title: Contact Center Consultant
Location: Charlotte, NC and Des Moines
Duration: 6 Months+
Rate : $55/-hr on C2C

Must Have Skills:-
Contact center domain knowledge
Preferred: Working knowledge of Dreamweaver tool and/or experience with (GUI) prototyping

Responsibilities:-
Creation of technical system designs including graphical user interface (GUI)
Creation of functional system documentation including, design (FSD), technical specification, use cases, data and work flow diagrams, decision tables, and transaction mapping
Experience with reading/understanding XML schema; experience with XML tools
