Working as WAN support Tier2 Network. Working on the Incident and Request management via  Service desk Management. Resolving issues related to office down , Resolving issues related to  VPN connectivity , PREIPT analysis for Cisco IP phones Resolving issues related to Remote desktop Resolving issues related to office LAN Provide support for WFH. Resolving issues related to low speed to field offices
