Job Title: SCCM / IT Engineering Consultants/Cloud Services

Work Location: New York City, NY  (One has to be local as this needs in person interview)

Duartion: 1 year Contract

Interview Type: Telephonic followed by Face to Face (In person) Must.

 

Visa Status: H1B, USC, GC, GC EAD, TN.

 

SCOPE OF SERVICES :

This requisition is to augment existing staff in the areas of desktop engineering and infrastructure engineering.

These skills are vital to fill the internal skill gap and improve existing MTA-IT existing SCCM, AD, Citrix, Application packaging, OS Imaging, Office Productivity tools and other related on-prem and cloud technologies to the state of good repair and beyond, into next five years.

 

-              MTA will be rolling out Windows 10 to 25,000 machines

-              Project has officially started April 2017 and targeted for completion in 2019

-              This team will manage SCCM and deployment of Windows 10 roll-out

-              SCCM 2012/2016 are very different (MTA's current platform is the 2016 version)

-              Will need to build distribution points quickly at remote locations

Definitions:

System Center Configuration Manager, SCCM is a software management suite provided by Microsoft which allows users to manage Windows based computers. SCCM features remote control, patch management, operating system deployment, network protection and other various services.
