Job Title: Taleo Lead
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
1. Oversees and/or performs highly-advanced consultative services and analytical work in support of CAPPS Recruit and Learn deployments;
2. Leading and/or overseeing the CAPPS Taleo Team for Recruit and Learn functional deployment teams;
3. Assisting with work-load management of the CAPPS Taleo Team for Recruit and Learn deployment teams, as needed;
4. Oversees and/or participates in project management, coordination, planning, and scheduling;
5. Performs strategic analysis and planning;
6. Performing highly advanced (senior-level) functional analysis work in support of CAPPS Recruit and Learn, and the ERP program;
7. Providing functional support for CAPPS Recruit and Learn as needed;
8. Providing CAPPS functional lead support for CAPPS Central Agencies and/or CAPPS Hub Agencies regarding Recruit and Learn functionality;
9. Providing Taleo functional lead support for all CAPPS Recruit and Learn related tools and processes;
10. Providing Taleo Recruit and Learn oversight and quality assurance over CPA's CAPPS managed services provider;
11. Monitoring and ensuring that the CAPPS Taleo architectural solution and infrastructure sizing are aligned with CPA requirements;
12. Evaluates business needs, analyzes processes and ensures system documentation reflects current state;
13. Assisting with CAPPS Recruit and Learn maintenance functional activities, as needed;
14. Assisting and/or leading gathering, developing, and documenting of functional system requirements;
15. Communicating CAPPS Recruit and Learn requirements to functional and/or technical staff;
16. Oversees and/or participates in providing presentations, training, or end-user workshops, as needed;
17. Reviewing, assessing, and developing functional processes;
18. Assisting with troubleshooting functional issues related to the software application;
19. Assisting with and/or leading functional testing activities, as needed (e.g., system, UAT, accessibility, performance, etc.);
20. Assisting with and/or leading various upgrades from a functional perspective

| 3 | Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 or higher, People Tools 8.51 or higher, Peoplecode, Application Designer, SQL, PS Query, SQR, Application Engine, and Oracle 11 or higher |
| 7 | Experience managing or leading complex projects |
| 2 | Experience with supporting Taleo implementations and production systems |
| 3 | Experience overseeing and validating change control processes through a system life cycle |
| 3 | Experience with Taleo cloud applications, specifically Recruiting or Learn Modules |
