Location : Aurora, IL

Requirement:
The Information Security Analyst in this position will be a key member in maintaining and administering information security policies, procedures,
controls associated with the company's compliance programs, reporting.
The analyst will own strategic and tactical projects. These projects may include but are not limited to, external audits, development and/or assessment of internal controls, policies, risk identification and be a subject matter expert on all aspects of compliance and risk to the organization and its clients
Key Responsibilities
Create technical security architectures/designs and execute security implementations per these designs.
Align to a Security ISO 27001 framework and establish system controls by per framework for controls and levels of access; recommend improvements.
Develop security awareness by providing orientation, educational programs, and on-going communication working with Corporate
Communications and HR LMS tools.
Create, implement, maintain, and coordinate a 24X7 security incident response process.
Monitor security breaches and investigate a violation when one occurs; prepare security reports that document security breaches and the extent of the damage caused by the breaches.
Develop security policies, standards and best practices processes for the organization.
Create, test and implement disaster recovery plans and IT business impact assessments/continuity plans;
act as IT representative on corporate BCP team.
Perform recurring assessments of security procedures to ensure other IT functions are completing security and internal control procedures as required.
Evaluate, compile and report on all risk and vulnerability assessments and recommend/execute improvements.
Experience and Skill Set Required
Strong experience/background (5+ years) in risk and compliance specifically with respect to standard regulatory controls: for example:
ISO 20000 and ISO 27001, SOX, etc.
Knowledge of ISO 27001, FedRAMP, NIST and CSA CCM frameworks, as well as global data protection and privacy laws.
Strong understanding of technologies and controls (5+ years) including those related to system, networking, and web application security with broad IT background, including technical working knowledge of Network Protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SMTP, DNS), Container technologies and Web security architecture, Firewalls, Microsoft Cloud, IDS/IPS, Cryptography.
Experience in interpreting information security data and processes to identify potential compliance issues.
Experience in clearly and effectively communicating information security and compliance matters as well as related risks to executives,
auditors, and end users.
Proven experience performing or project managing information security risk assessments and certification engagements.
Ability to work within a globally distributed organization
Excellent time management skills including the ability to prepare, prioritize, and complete work plans.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare documentation, policies, and build consensus across a broad group; written examples preferred.
Preferred experience in project management disciplines (PMP certification a plus).
Preferred experience working in manufacturing environment.
Educational Requirements
B.S. degree required; preferred in Information Security, Computer Science, MIS
Security Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CCSP, GSEC, CISM, etc.
